Can I return the product?

No. Please do your research before placing an order. Consult your Veterinarian or Trainer. Doggo Treadmill is designed for high energy dogs not for couch potatoes. This is not a substitute for walking.

How do i order and pay?

Please send the breed or type of your dog, Weight and height and postal code for shipping quote. We only accept debit, credit cards and e-transfer as a mode of payment. We will send an invoice to your email and we will start the build upon confirmation of payment.
Do you offer warranty?

Mill is covered with six months limited warranty on all moving part except natural wear and tear.
How do I train my dog to use the treadmill?

1. Get your dog comfortable on the mill 2. Use positive encouragement. (Food treat or favourite toy) 3. The dog will walk slowly till they get the hang of running 4. Don’t rush the process (Patience is the key).
